Apple Brains and the Fruit Experts are very excited to partake in this amazing event happening Saturday December 17th! It's a toy drive for the students of 6 elementary students (3000 kids!). I noticed this incredible flower at my sister's house. Turns out it is a passion fruit flower! With further investigation i believe it's the Passiflora caerulea, or blue passion flower, specfically. The fruit it bears is orange with red edible seeds. They don't taste that great, but they don't taste bad either. It is not the same as the more common passion fruit variety you can find in

Apple Brains just played at a birthday party on the beach in Malibu and it was a great time! Lots of good food, including all kinds of fruit, even a fruit salad with papaya in it, which was an extra special treat.
